		<description>As a New Yorker I can say there&#039;s nothing better than hopping aboard a Carnival ship for a short four-day escape from the city when it&#039;s unbearably hot here.  And, the best port on this route is Quebec City, which is like being in a French town.  Beautiful!</description>
