Our first cruise was on Regent cruise Nagigator. In sales I,ve been allover the world and most US cities. I'm a pleasant demanding customer. There were NO hitches
On this cruise from my experience. Yes it's the most pricey but there are no extras at every turn. I'm well I formed the final price could be less. You get what you pay for! I don't want to be waited on just service. we toured 1 of 5 kitchens. There attention to hygiene was impressive to say the least. The pleasantness of the staff, who don't have their hand out at all was so refreshing. Casual elegant dressing meant no jeans at supper, waived when shore excursions got in late. They don't check you at the door. Open seating every where for superb food which required all my strength to hold back and I'm 30 lbs over weight. success belies success and it is e ident with the shore excursions. The employees were SUPER, as an employee it takes fortitude to deal with OLD fussy folks.
80+folks, handicap folks, obese folk were handled with such care you might of thought they were of the same family. My only criticism would be the Nordic accent captain who was Irish but what do I know my ancestors are Irish ;-)
