While the company hasn’t announced it yet, we’ve learned that Regent Seven Seas Cruises will increase its fuel supplement to $15 per person, per day for bookings made June 16, 2008 and beyond. It will be the highest in the industry to date.
Last week Norwegian Cruise Line raised its fuel surcharge to $11 per person, per day.

1This wil be the end of my cruising days. It now has gone to far. The ships are making big money by adding fuel charges. Add up the fuel charge per person per day that is a huge amount of cash per trip. It has become a cash cow in the name of fuel costs!

2I agree it is a huge supplement! And, why so much more than Carnival Corp. companies ($9 per person, per day); NCL ($11). Perhaps they burn Dewars in the engine?
