Antarctica is an exotic place too, but we have to think about the dangers of cruise line ships traveling in the area… I can’t really form an opinion about this matter, but I think that we should have access to all places on this planet.

I think only small specialized ships built like ice breakers should venture to Antarctica.

Large tourist ships should be prohibited from cruising to and around Antarctica, and there should be appropriate ice-strengthening standards for all tourist vessels going into the Antarctic Treaty Area. Heavier grade fuel oils also should be prohibited.

I never thought about it before, till this sinking, and after loking at it a little more, for sure not big ships. The enviromental impact is to great. Also, lucky they were rescued, they did spend several hours in he water.
