Tell m about it Anne, we have been spoiled the last few years, easy winters, but this year it is in like a lion……..hope that means come Jan 1st it will go away?? We are also lucky the dollar went up, as the price of oil is in US dollars, we would pay much much more had the dollar been lower.

HUH? The post has a surcharge? It will be interesting to see if it disappears when (if?) petrol costs decrease. I’m indeed happy for Canadians since you’re big cruisers and it’s so much more affordable now. And, those Canadian winters are brutal

One pet peeve surcharge is Canada post has one on parcel delivery to cover petrol…….I think we pay enough! Many prices here have gone up, but over all, because of the Canadian dollar gaining the way that it has, many things are slowly coming down over here in price. Our next cruise looks like a bargain basement sale, we saved over a thousand dollars for our group of 4 going in january because of the dollars climb on our tickets alone, thats not even mentioning the cash and so on. You mentioned milk, it bothers me greatly that milk costs more than pop!
